Weekly Roadside Ministry. On Thursday mornings we distribute 500 hampers to roadside job seekers (and their families). Each hamper includes 1 or 2 kg Maize meal, apples/oranges when available, and half a loaf of bread. We again need to decant maize, and then pack hampers on Thursdays from 08:00 to 09:00. We always welcome more folk to help pack and distribute. Contact the church office if you feel called to "do unto the least of Jesus' sisters and brothers".
Cash contributions are welcome, as are gifts of Maize meal and fruit.
13.
Ruach Counselling Centre - Sponsor a Session Tree
Most of our many clients are unable to pay for our services. Some can make a small donation, but nowhere near the required amount of R250.
It makes a huge difference to our financial viability should you make a once-off contribution, or arrange with the office to make a monthly contribution to this service.
Please consider grabbing one of the envelopes in the Foyer of the Church and donate what you are able to. Every little bit counts.
